Payment
Credentialed in-network with Humana, Medicare, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield, including the State Employees Plan.  While I am in-network with some Medicare advantage plans, including Aetna's and Humana's, I am not in network with UHC nor Wellcare. If your insurance plan has a deductible that has not been met, you will be responsible for the full payment until your deductible is met.  

Paying individually for your therapy eliminates the need for providing information to your insurance company and saves you time by reducing paperwork. It also gives you more control over your therapy.  The cost of individual and family therapy is on a sliding scale from $60-$120. Payment with debit or credit card, including HSA cards, is available via TherapyPortal (see below). For clients who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage, I provide a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges both orally and in writing, at the time of scheduling. This explains how much your therapy will cost. 

Telehealth Sessions
The consent for services and release of information forms can be signed on the TherapyPortal, where secure telehealth sessions are also provided.  https://www.therapyportal.com/p/mauricemurray/

If you do not have a therapyportal account and would like guest access to the portal, click the link above and select Telehealth. If the session is for another user, such as your family member, type in their name under Client's Name. Select the camera and microphone you want to use and click the Join Session button.

For clients who are not able to access a device with a camera, a telephone only session can be arranged if needed.
